We are a small, multidisciplinary space located in Whitehorse, Yukon. We offer Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy and Fitness services. Our studio has two dedicated spaces – the main floor gym, where we offer Orthopedic Physio, Personal Training and Group Fitness classes, and two private rooms upstairs for Massage and Pelvic Health Physio.
Our focus is on helping you become the best, most functional version of yourself through a combination of manual techniques and exercise via the modality that suits you best, or sometimes with a combination of services. Whether your conditions are acute or chronic, stress-induced or injury-caused, rehab or pre-hab, our team will work together to help you find relief and achieve your goals!
